星期五湯水-番茄芽菜椰菜湯

這個湯,舉凡暑濕引起的頭重、無胃口、腹脹、腹瀉皆適宜!

材料:番茄3個、大豆芽菜300克(約半斤)、椰菜半個、金針菇1-2扎、薯仔1-2個、綠豆20克
做法:
1. 將材料洗淨。蕃茄、薯仔去皮切塊,椰菜切絲,金針菇切走根部。
2. 鍋內加入2000mL水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時, 調入適量鹽即可。
功效:消暑益氣。適合夏日飲用,舒緩大便乾硬、口瘡、口臭等症狀。
注意:脾胃虛寒,容易胃痛腹瀉不宜多食,或可以加入生薑1-2片。

Friday Soup Series- Cabbage Soup with Tomatoes and Sprouts
This soup is great for heavy headedness, lack of appetite, abdominal bloating and diarrhea caused by the summer dampness!
Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 300g bean sprouts (about half a catty), half a cabbage, 1-2 bundles of enoki mushroom, 1-2 potatoes, 20g mung beans
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel tomatoes and potatoes and cut into pieces, thinly slice cabbage, and remove bottom roots from enoki mushrooms.
2. Combine ingredients with 2000 ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Clears summer heat and nourishes qi. Suitable to have during the summer and alleviates dry stool, canker sores, and bad breath.
Note: Not suitable for those with asthenic cold spleen and stomach or those prone to diarrhea, or add in 1-2 slices of ginger.
