蘿蔔糕vs芋頭糕
轉眼間…已是年廿七了!不少家庭都忙於製作各式各樣的糕點,當然離不開蘿蔔糕及芋頭糕了。

先解說一下它們的原材料,芋頭及白蘿蔔:
芋頭屬性平和,能健脾胃及化痰散結,適合淋巴腫大、婦女乳腺增生者服用。脾胃氣虛及有習慣性便秘等人時都適合。

白蘿蔔屬性涼,有助消滯、化痰止咳、利尿等功效。適合有消化不良,胃脹不適等人士服用。

令糕點更健康的小貼士:
製作時略略增加蘿蔔和芋頭的分量,減少粘米粉的比例,並以冬菇、蝦米和瑤柱取代臘味,更宜以蒸的方法取代煎,就可減低油膩感又更健康。
