星期五湯水-冬瓜眉豆赤小豆湯

濕熱容易令身體出現暗瘡、水腫、面油等狀況,更同時影響頭皮油脂分泌,令毛孔被堵塞而影響毛髮生長。這時候可飲消暑袪濕的湯水,舒緩濕熱型脫髮問題,亦可解決小便不利、量少及色偏黃等症狀。趁星期五煲煲這個湯水,一起消暑,改善體內濕熱症狀吧。

材料:冬瓜600克(約一斤)、眉豆20克、赤小豆30克、陳皮1角、生薑2片
做法:材料洗淨。冬瓜連皮切塊,鍋內加入2000mL水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時, 調入適量鹽即可。
功效:消暑袪濕利小便。舒緩小便不利、小便量少、色偏黃等症狀。

Ingredients: 600g winter melon (about 1 catty), 20g purple haricot, 30g rice beans, 1 dried citrus peel, 2 slices of ginger
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut unpeeled winter melon into pieces. 2. Combine ingredients with 2000 ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Clears summer heat, dispels dampness and promotes diuresis. Alleviates difficulty urinating, low volume and yellowish urine.
