試想像有個人在度假,靠著椅背,兩手互握並輕托著後腦,就像在曬日光浴的畫面。
想像得到吧?
現在就試做一次這個動作吧!保持動作10秒鐘。
感覺怎麼樣?
有沒有豁然開朗的感覺?
至少繃緊的肌肉也鬆一鬆吧!
有研究指改變姿勢可以引導大腦改變情緒,尤其長時間對著電腦工作的上班族,坐久了連背也彎起來,換個姿勢就可輕鬆重拾幹勁,工作累了的時候試試吧!

Relax for a minute- change your position
Imagine a person enjoying a sunbath, with his or her back leaning against a deck chair and both hands on the back of the head.
Try doing this in the comfort of your own home and maintain the pose for 10 seconds!
Do you feel better?
Does it help your muscles relax?
Studies have shown that a change of position can signal the brain to regulate our emotions, especially after spending hours staring at the computer screen. Try to change position and stretch your back, your body will thank you for it!
