#小暑】熱浪和驟雨相間而來的日子

⭐多喝凍飲易傷脾胃
⭐室溫水或熱飲也能解渴

小暑養生重點:「清熱消暑,開胃生津」
西瓜翠衣(瓜皮白色部份):消暑瀉火、清熱解毒
檸檬:開胃消滯、生津止渴

涼拌西瓜翠衣
材料:西瓜皮半個、芫茜適量、蒜頭2瓣
調味料:檸檬汁、魚露、麻油、鹽、糖各適量

做法:
1. 西瓜皮切去綠色表皮,餘下白色部份切條,加少許鹽拌勻,醃至出水後瀝乾水份備用。
2. 芫茜切碎;蒜頭磨成蓉。
3. 西瓜翠衣加入芫茜碎、蒜蓉、檸檬汁、魚露、麻油、鹽、糖拌勻即成。

Watermelon jade (the white part of watermelon peel): relieves summer heat, clear heat to remove toxins.
Lemon: stimulates appetite and relieves stagnancy, promotes fluid production and quenches thirst

Watermelon jade salad
Ingredients: 1/2 watermelon peel, cilantro, 2 cloves of garlic
Seasonings: lemon juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar to taste

Preparations:
1. Cut off the green skin of the watermelon peel, cut the remaining white part(watermelon jade) into strips, add a little salt and mix well, marinate until the water comes out and drain the water for later use.
2. Finely chop the cilantro; mince the garlic.
3. Mix cilantro, minced garlic, lemon juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar with watermelon jade. Ready to serve.
