【星期五湯水 - 消脂排水湯】



冬瓜 600克、蘋果2個、生薏米 30克、茯苓15克、淡菜 25克、腰果40克、陳皮 1角、薑2薄片、蜜棗 2枚

1. 所有材料洗淨,冬瓜連皮切塊,蘋果去芯切塊。淡菜揀去雜質、腰果以白鍋炒香備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

On days where you’re lacking appetite, have a simple dinner where you just eat the contents of the soup is a good idea too.

Soup to burn fat and relieve bloating- winter melon soup with apples and mussels
600g winter melon, 2 apples, 30g coix seeds, 15g smilax, 25g mussels, 40g cashews, 1 dried citrus peel, 2 thin slices of ginger, 2 candied dates

1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Keep the skin of winter melon and cut into pieces. Core apples and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
