土茯苓湯紓緩皮膚痕癢
春天來到,濕邪加上熱邪的影響下,皮膚問題特別容易發作,對濕疹患者而言尤其痛苦,皮膚又痕又癢其至抓到流血,想紓緩症狀可以多飲用土茯苓湯,土茯苓有解毒祛濕、通利關節的功效,有助紓緩皮膚痕癢問題。土茯苓有分鮮品和乾品,以鮮品功效更顯著,然而去皮切開後容易氧化,宜盡快使用。

清熱祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加清熱祛濕食材如粟米鬚、荷葉、薏米、冬瓜、西瓜皮等。

粉葛土茯苓馬蹄湯
功效:清熱祛濕、涼血止癢,紓緩皮膚敏感或濕疹引致的痕癢。
材料:粉葛1個、鮮土茯苓300克(約半斤)、赤小豆40克、馬蹄4-6枚、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粉葛去皮切塊;鮮土茯苓去皮切塊備用
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後加鹽調味即成。
備註:脾胃虛弱,容易腹瀉者及孕婦不宜。

Smilax soup to relieve itchy skin

Water chestnut soup with kudzu and smilax
Effects: clears heat and dispels dampness, cools blood and relieves itch. Alleviates itch induced by skin allergies or eczema.
Ingredients: 1 kudzu, 300g fresh smilax (about half catty), 40g rice beans, 4-6 water chestnut, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel kudzu and smilax and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach, those prone to diarrhea and those who are pregnant.
