Papaya and almond mushroom soup with lily bulbs
Effects: Nourishes the blood and calms the mind. Relieves forgetfulness and improves sleep quality.
Ingredients: 1 ripe papaya, 3 blaze mushrooms, 1 fresh lily bulb, 80g fresh lotus seed with core, 30g peanut, 11g dried longan, 2 candied dates

1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut peeled and seeded papaya into pieces. Cut open the lily bulb.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
