Losing sleep from being nervous?
A lot of times parents put stress on children without knowing it. Chinese medicine believes that negative emotions such as fear, pressure, or feeling of injustice can all affect children. If there’s no proper way to relieve the stress or explanation for what happened, it can affect sleep quality, ability to concentrate and retain information. Don’t underestimate stress just because your children is young. If you want your child to sleep well, try having a cup of warm oats rice water an hour before bed time. Application: hold your ear with your index finger and thumb, gently massage for 1 minute

Location: at the wrist crease, from the pinky finger to the bottom of the palm where it depresses
Application: Gently massage with your thumb for 1 minute
Effects: Calms the mind and relieves anxiety
