週末陽光普照,有否在郊外吸收太陽能?流汗後記得喝一杯椰青水或西瓜汁為身體消暑,補充水份。

夏日炎炎要預防中暑
消暑茶療:
材料:荷葉10克、粟米鬚 10克、淡竹葉3克
做法:材料洗淨,放入保溫瓶,注入熱水焗10分鐘即可。
功效:清熱消暑利尿。適合夏季飲用,舒緩頭脹胸悶、口渴、小便偏黃量少等症狀。
注意:此茶偏涼,身體無偏熱症狀或脾胃虛弱容易腹瀉者不宜飲用。

Prevent heat strokes in the summer
Tea remedy to clear summer heat:
Ingredients: Lotus leaves 10g, corn silk, 10g, Lophatherum 3g
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and add into thermos. Add in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
Effects: Clears heat to cool down and promote diuresis, suitable to consume in the summer. Relieves symptoms of headache tension, tightness in chest, thirst, yellowish and scanty urine.
Note: This tea is cold in nature, not suitable for those without heat-related symptoms, those with weak stomach and spleen, or those prone to diarrhea.
