熬夜必備花旗參
中醫的養生概念強調天一合一,生活違反大自然規律就會導致身體失調及患病。熬夜傷陰,其實是暫時性陰不足。陰虛收藏功能不足,體內陽氣相對偏盛,讓身體出現一系列虛熱的症狀。這個時候花旗參就大派用場了。

花旗參 - 又稱西洋參,性涼,適合陰虛火旺人士,能舒緩晚睡而引起的心煩口渴、小便量少色黃、大便偏乾、口乾等虛熱症狀,更具有補氣養陰、生津清熱、解酒、抗疲勞等作用。惟注意因為屬性寒涼,有胃寒胃痛、舌苔發白者不宜食用。
