星期五湯水-洋薏米雜菜湯
這星期介紹這道能為身體減壓,舒緩多屁及容易便秘的好味道素湯!
材料:紅菜頭1個、椰菜半個、紅蘿蔔1-2根、洋蔥半個、洋薏米30克
做法:蔬菜洗淨切件備用。在鍋內注入2000毫升水,以武火煮沸,加入蔬菜
,再加入洗淨的洋薏米,以文火煲45分鐘,調入適量鹽即可。
功效:紅菜頭有行氣消滯的功效。舒緩生活壓力、多屁、容易便秘等症狀。

Friday Soup Series- Pearl Barley Vegetables Soup
Ingredients: 1 beetroot, half a cabbage, 1-2 carrots, half an onion, pearl barley 30g
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and cut vegetables into pieces. Add 2000ml of water into pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Add in vegetables first and then add in pearl barley, then turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Effects: beetroot helps to promote qi circulation and improves indigestion. Helps to relieve stress and symptoms of frequent farting and constipation.
