春天來到,濕度和溫度一起提升,好多人都爭著說要祛濕,不是喝祛濕茶就是煲祛濕湯,然而有濕才可以祛濕,你知道怎樣才是身體有濕的表現嗎?中醫理論認為,人體的水液代謝系統會將多餘的水性穢物排出體外,如果水液運行不暢,就會令濕氣停滯於體內,身體聚濕就會出現容易疲倦、痰多、水腫、大便稀爛等症狀。

Wondering if you have dampness? See if you have the following symptoms during the last month?
