今天大家一起來照照鏡,再回答以下問題:
1. 面色是否偏黃?
2. 皮膚是否鬆弛,尤其是雙頰位置下垂?
3. 皮膚是否有光澤?

假如你面色偏黃沒有光澤,面部肌肉鬆弛,可能是脾虛作怪!當脾胃消化吸收正常,氣血流暢,皮膚才能獲得濡養。但是往往時時刻刻忙著工作,多依靠果汁及沙律填肚。脾胃負擔自然加重,又何來良好的面色?想和面黃黃說再見,先喝一碗健脾胃素湯!

不再面黃黃素湯
材料:粟米2個、椰菜半個、薯仔2個、淮山15克、百合10克、洋薏米30克、無花果3枚

做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粟米去衣連鬚切段,椰菜切絲,薯仔去皮切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時, 最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾益氣。舒緩有意無意深呼吸、面無血色、睡眠不安寧等症狀。

If your complexion is yellowish without shine, and your facial skin is loose, you might be experiencing an asthenic spleen! When the spleen is functioning properly with qi and blood circulating, your skin will receive the nourishment it needs accordingly. But a lot of people are busy with work and rely on juice and salad as meals. The burden on the spleen increases and you lose your healthy complexion. Try having a bowl of spleen strengthening vegetarian soup!
Vegetarian soup to bid yellowish complexion goodbye
Ingredients: 2 ears of corn, half a head of cabbage, 2 potatoes, 15g wild yam, 30g pearl barley, 3 figs
Preparation method:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husk and silk from corn and cut into pieces. Thinly slice cabbage. Peel and cut potatoes into pieces.
2. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthens the spleen and replenishes qi. Alleviates symptoms of unintentional deep breaths, pale complexion and poor sleep quality.
