【#立春】春天來了
⭐一年伊始萬物復甦

立春養生重點:「增辛減酸,養陽升補」
芫茜:發汗透疹、消食下氣
蔥:健胃殺菌、通陽散寒
芫茜蔥香蛋餅
材料:雞蛋4隻、芫茜2棵、蔥2棵、菜脯20克、鹽適量
做法:
1. 材料洗淨,菜脯浸水10分鐘後榨乾水份,切成小粒;芫茜切碎;
蔥切粒;雞蛋打發備用。
2. 蛋液中加入菜脯粒、芫茜碎、蔥粒及適量鹽拌勻。
3. 下油燒熱平底鑊,加入蛋液以中小火慢煎,待一邊凝固後反轉將另一邊煎至金黃色即成。

Spring onion cilantro egg pancake
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 sprig cilantro, 2 sprig spring onion, 20g preserved radish, salt
Preparation:
1. Rinse all the ingredients. Preserved radish in water for 10 minutes, rinse and drain. Chop the preserved radish, spring onion and cilantro. Beat the egg.
2. Mix and stir egg, preserved radish, cilantro, spring onion, and salt.
3. Heat the pan with oil and fry the egg until it hardens. Flip the fried egg over and fry until it is golden brown in colour.
