【運舌養生】舌頭也可做運動
根據中醫理論,五官與五臟有著極密切的關係,故有「鼻為肺之官、目為肝之官、口唇為脾之官、舌為心之官、耳為腎之官」的說法,舌是心臟的外在表現,舌色紅潤代表心之氣血充足,舌頭靈活亦反映心的功能狀態,有一種名為「攬海」的舌頭運動,多運動舌頭可以間接刺激大腦,達到強身健體的功效。
上下擺動
舌尖輕舔上顎,來回擺動30次,當口水分泌增多時鼓漱10下,然後分3次吞下口水。
轉圈擺動
舌尖輕舔內側齒齦,順時針轉圈,正反方向各30次。
左右擺動
舌尖輕舔內側齒齦,左右擺動30次,分3次吞下分泌出來的口水。
Move your tongue to stay young
According to Chinese medicine theory, the five senses are closely related to the five organs, hence the saying ‘nose is the sense of the lungs, eyes are the sense of the liver, mouth is sense of the spleen, tongue is the sense of the heart, nose is sense of the kidneys.’ The health of your heart is reflected in your tongue- red and moist tongue means you have sufficient qi and blood; nimble tongue means your heart function is healthy. Exercising your tongue can directly stimulate the mind and improve overall health.
Up and down movement
Gently touch the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue, moving back down 30 times. When you have accumulated a lot of saliva, goggle for 10 times and spit out over 3 times.
Circular movement
Touch the inside of your teeth with the tip of your tongue and move in clockwise direction, then change direction and do each for 30 times.
Left and right movement
Touch the inside of your teeth with the tip of your tongue and move left and right for 30 times. Spit out accumulated saliva over 3 times.
