派對後殘樣急救包
星期一就是平安夜了,一場又一場的聖誕狂歡派對正在等著你,現在的你應該充滿著對節日的期待和興奮,但我們更關心你的健康需要,為你準備了「派對後殘樣急救包」。徹夜狂歡過後,別以為馬拉松式睡一覺就疲勞盡消,可能你會發現自己眼瞼浮腫、喉乾聲沙甚至雙腳水腫,此時急救包就能解你燃眉之急,助你上班前重拾狀態。
症狀一:眼瞼浮腫
派對時多喝兩杯,朝早醒來發現眼瞼腫了起來,甚至掛著黑眼圈,此時可以準備兩個綠茶茶包,用熱水沖泡綠茶後,將茶包瀝乾水份,趁暖敷在雙眼上大約10分鐘,有助促進眼周的血液循環改善水腫,另外再喝一杯「水腫腫茶療」,事半功倍。

派對場合嘈吵不已,唯有提高聲調交談,又或者參與了狂歡通宵K,第二朝醒來發現喉乾聲沙,有口不能言,來一杯羅漢果無花果茶,潤喉開聲。

功效:紓緩喉痛不適、聲沙、潤腸通便
材料:羅漢果半個、無花果乾2枚
做法:羅漢果壓碎,全部材料加入鍋,以1000毫升水煮30分鐘即可。

症狀三:雙腳水腫
踩著高跟鞋狂歡一晚後,因為血液循環受阻,容易令雙腳水腫。派對過後回家睡覺,可以用枕頭或毛巾墊於小腿才睡,有助促進血液循環及改善水腫。如果睡醒後水腫仍在,可以按揉三陰交穴紓緩。

功效:促進新陳代謝,改善下肢血液循環,紓緩水腫問題。
位置:小腿內側腳踝骨頭突出處上方3寸(約4指橫寬)
按法:以手指指腹向下按壓按摩。

Symptom 1: swollen eyes
After drinking you may wake up with swollen eyes. Steep two green tea bags with hot water and remove water. Place on eyes while they are still warm for about 10 minutes. This will promote blood circulation around the eyes to relieve swelling. Have a cup of edema healing tea to further improve the condition.
Symptom 2: coarse voice
Party scenes are noisy so you speak louder to talk or you may have gone for marathon karaoke. Have a cup of fig tea with monk fruit to moisten your throat and get your voice back.

Effects: relieves sore throat, coarse voice, moistens the intestines to relieve constipation.
Ingredients: half a monk fruit, 2 dried fig
Preparation: crush monk fruit and place all ingredients into pot with 1000ml of water and cook for 30 minutes.
Symptom 3: swollen feet
After wearing heels for a night your blood circulation may be affected leading to swollen feet. When you get home, elevate your legs by placing a pillow or towel under your calves to sleep to improve circulation and swelling. If you still have swelling in the morning, press on your sanyinjiao acupoint.

Effects: promotes metabolism and improve lower leg blood circulation to relieve swelling issues.
Location: located 3 inches above the highest peak of the ankle
Method: press downwards with your finger tip
