唔係話因為唔開心所以黑口黑面,而是有些人真的面色發黑!面色黯黑的人多是血瘀、陽虛體質、腎氣虛弱。除了有深深的黑眼圈,膚色也會帶微微的青黑色。除了氣血要運作暢順,因黑色與腎對應,要養好腎才可改善面色發黑的問題。假如你見到身邊有朋友人「黑口黑面」,除了勸他們歡容一點,也不妨提提他們是時候養下腎啦!

建議茶飲-夕米水:
材料:紅米2湯匙、生薏米1茶匙、黑豆粉1茶匙、黑芝麻粉1茶匙
做法:紅米、生薏米洗淨,用1000毫升水,武火煮滾後轉文火煮20-30分鐘,最後調入黑豆粉及黑芝麻粉即可。

Some people have a so-called black face not because they are in a bad mood but they literally have a darkened complexion! These people usually have blood stasis or yang deficient body types, and their kidney qi is weak. Aside from deep dark circles, even their facial skin become slightly greenish black. Aside from ensuring qi and blood are circulating properly, because black and kidney correspond to each other, it’s important to condition your kidneys to improve your darkened complexion. If you have someone around you who seem to always wear a scowl on their face but with a darkened complexion as well, be sure to tell him/her to cheer up and take care of his/her kidneys!

Tea Remedy- DUSK Rice Water:
Ingredients: red rice 2 tablespoon, coix seed 1 teaspoon, black beans powder 1 teaspoon, black sesame powder 1 teaspoon
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Add to 1000ml of water, cook on high heat until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Once cooked, stir in black beans and black sesame powder.
