【秋季口乾乾,吃個梨就能紓緩!】

常說秋天要吃梨,因為梨有潤喉潤肺作用,特別適合氣候乾燥的秋天食用。從中醫角度來看,梨性寒,有生津潤燥、清熱止咳化痰的功效,如果本身體質偏熱,例如有面紅耳赤、口乾、喉嚨痛、便秘、暗瘡、口瘡等症狀,吃梨就能起平衡作用;但如果體質偏寒,有怕冷、臉色蒼白、手腳冰冷、大便稀爛等症狀,或者脾胃虛弱、胃酸較多、患上風寒感冒人士均不宜多吃,月經期間也要避免進食。

如果秋天想潤燥,但體質不宜吃梨,可以選擇屬性平和又有生津潤燥功效的食材:
蘋果 — 潤肺健胃、生津止渴、消食止瀉
葡萄 — 補氣血、健胃生津、消水腫
無花果 — 潤肺健脾開胃、潤腸通便、清熱解毒
雪耳 — 滋陰潤肺、益氣養胃、強心補腦
黃耳 — 滋陰潤肺,補脾胃功效更勝雪耳
百合 — 清心除煩、潤肺止咳、補中益氣

雪耳百合無花果茶
功效:滋陰清熱生津,紓緩口乾、眼乾、大便乾結等症狀。
材料:雪耳碎1湯匙、百合10克、南杏10克、無花果2枚
做法:材料洗淨洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗約30分鐘分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
