個個都坐月,但又個個都識坐月咩?其實對比起過分溫補的坐月食療,選擇屬性平和的更好,以養脾為大原則,有助補氣血,亦可幫助上奶。另外,有養陰和安神功效的食療亦很適合產婦,舒緩因熬夜照顧孩子而產生的虛火上升,而且這時候秋燥來襲,正在坐月的媽媽們不妨試試這個湯水,絕對是零負擔又美味的坐月湯療!

平和坐月湯水
材料:哈密瓜半個、蓮子20克、百合20克、牛鰍魚1-2條、陳皮1角、薑蔥適量

做法:
所有材料洗淨,哈密瓜去皮切大塊備用。牛鰍魚劏洗淨後以熱油加薑蔥煎至兩面微黃。直接於鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

功效:健脾養心、養陰安神。尤其適合秋季產婦飲用,可清潤強身。

Ingredients: half a cantaloupe, 20g lotus seeds, 20g lily bulbs, 1-2 flathead fish, 1 dried citrus peel, ginger and onion.
Preparation method: Combine ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for an additional 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Nourish the spleen and calm the heart, nourish yin and calm the mind. Suitable for consumption during fall for mommies after labor to strengthen the body.
