Lose weight by eating salad after the holidays
After all the feasts over the holiday, I am trying a lighter diet to lose weight. I am cutting out rice and mainly just having salads. Now I feel quite tired and my digestive system is quite weak. How should I adjust my diet?
CheckCheckCin: Dining over the holiday is expected to be heavier so adjustments post holiday are important. Try to make lighter choices with more vegetables and fruits but do not cut out rice completely.
