大節後食沙律減肥?

愛美子:「大時大節大吃大喝,為了極速減磅我決定食得清淡一點,我戒吃米飯,主要吃沙律,結果整天都沒有精神,腸胃狀態又差,我應該怎樣調整我的飲食呢?」
CheckCheckCin:大時大節難免吃得比平日豐富,大節過後的確需要調整飲食,要以清淡飲食為主,可以多吃蔬菜、水果,但不應該戒吃米飯,因為大米除了飽肚,從中醫角度來看,它有補中益氣、健脾養胃的功效,不吃米飯會令胃氣得不到營養補充,令胃氣受損,未能減磅之餘更會令削弱脾胃功能,不能排走多餘水分,得不償失。大節過後不妨多吃粥調整飲食,因為粥品易消化,又能健脾養胃,粥裡含有大量水分,亦有助改善便祕,對於大魚大肉的腸胃調理有幫助。
番薯海帶小米粥
功效:健脾養胃,改善便秘
材料:番薯1個、海帶120克、小米約50克
做法:
1. 洗淨所有材料,番薯切塊。海帶泡洗乾淨,切粗條,泡500毫升水裡30分鐘備用。
2. 拿起海帶,將海帶水加入鍋中再加入約300毫升水及小米,用武火煮滾,加入番薯,水滾後轉至文火,待煮成稠狀即可。要留意要否烹調過程中要加水。

Try to make lighter choices with more vegetables and fruits but do not cut out rice completely. Aside from helping you feel full, rice can replenish vital energy and nourish qi, strengthen the spleen and stomach. Cutting out rice means your stomach qi cannkg get proper nourishment. This can be counter effective to your weight loss goal and retain fluid in the body. Try having more congee after the holidays as it is easier to digest and can help strengthen the spleen and stomach. Congee also contains water and can help to relieve constipation.
Millet congee with sweet potato and kelp
Effects: strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, relieve constipation
Ingredients: 1 sweet potato, 120g kelp, 50g millet
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut sweet potato into pieces. Soak and rinse kelp and cut into thick strips. Soak in 500ml of water for 30 minutes.
2. Take out the kelp and combine the kelp soaked water with 300ml of water and millet into pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Add in sweet potato and cook until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer until texture is right. Add in water as appropriate during cooking process.
