Having sleep problems during the pandemic?
Lotus seed and lily soup might help
Dealing with the pandemic can be very tiring and can take a toll on our emotional wellbeing and general health. Not being able to sleep well, constantly experiencing nightmares, and waking up in the middle of the night can cause us to feel more exhausted than ever.

Fatigue and excessive worrying would hurt the spleen and the heart, hence causing individuals to experience insomnia. It is best to start treating this sleep disorder when the condition is mild. Consume lotus seeds, lily bulb, dried longan, spine date seed and dwarf lilyturf, as these ingredients can calm the mind and improve your sleep quality.
