坐月溫補食譜-麻油薑蛋炒飯
看似簡單的一道炒飯,其實已是適合產婦食用的溫補食療,加入了麻油,更多了潤腸通便、通乳及補肝腎的功效。

麻油薑蛋炒飯
材料:白飯1碗、雞蛋1隻、老薑(磨蓉)1湯匙、麻油1湯匙、鹽少許
做法:
1. 雞蛋打入碗中打勻。
2. 麻油倒入鍋中燒至微熱,加入薑蓉炒香,加入蛋汁快炒成滑蛋狀。
3. 加入白飯炒勻,最後下適量鹽調味即可。
注意:體質偏熱的產婦不宜食用

What seems like a simple fried rice is actually suitably replenishing for ladies after giving birth. Coupled with sesame oil, it adds the effect of moistening bowels to relieve constipation, open up breast ducts, and replenishing the liver and kidneys.

Egg fried rice with sesame oil and ginger
Ingredients: 1 bowl white rice, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon (mashed) old ginger, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Beat egg in bowl and set aside.
2. Add in sesame oil to wok and heat until warm. Add in ginger and stir fry. Then add in egg and cook until it’s still slightly runny.
3. Add in white rice and stir fry well. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for ladies with heat related symptoms
