✧White Rice- also known as polished round-grained rice or just rice. Replenishes qi and maintains spleen and stomach health. Relieves thirst, promotes muscle growth, and stops diarrhea.
✧Red Rice- a kind of brown rice, but is even more nutritious due to it being partially hulled. Benefits are similar to white rice, suitable for those who are diabetic, anemic, over weight and constipated.
✧Millet- replenishes qi, repairs asthenic damage, and strengthens spleen and stomach. Nutrients are easy to absorb, especially for elders and children.
✧Glutinous Rice- invigorates health and replenishes qi. Relieves diarrhea and excessive sweating. Helps to warm stomach and spleen and reduces night urination. Note: not suitable for those with sprain injury or chronic pains and also not those who are prone to stomach discomfort.
