✧白米﹣又稱粳米、大米, 可補氣養脾胃、除煩渴、長肌肉及止腹瀉。
✧紅米﹣是糙米的一種,由於留有較多未磨走的表殼,更有營養,和白米功效相約,適合有糖尿、貧血、肥胖和便秘的人。
✧小米﹣益氣,可補虛損及健脾胃。容易吸收,尤其適合老人及少兒服用。
✧糯米-補中益氣、止瀉、止汗。能暖脾胃,減夜尿。注意扭傷、痛症患者不宜服用,胃部容易不適者不宜服用。
✧糙米-和白米功效相約,適合有糖尿、貧血、肥胖和便秘的人。

✧White Rice- also known as polished round-grained rice or just rice. Replenishes qi and maintains spleen and stomach health. Relieves thirst, promotes muscle growth, and stops diarrhea.
✧Red Rice- a kind of brown rice, but is even more nutritious due to it being partially hulled. Benefits are similar to white rice, suitable for those who are diabetic, anemic, over weight and constipated.
✧Millet- replenishes qi, repairs asthenic damage, and strengthens spleen and stomach. Nutrients are easy to absorb, especially for elders and children.
