【溫暖湯水】在日常湯水中添加暖意

簡易溫暖清甜素湯
為甚麼喜歡以湯水養生,全因這種食療方式最簡單,只需把材料洗淨放到煲內煮不多於兩小時,就可煮好一道清甜美味又養生的湯水。其實煲湯真的不難,先選擇幾款屬性平和,煲湯包保好味且一年四季都有的蔬果食材,如紅蘿蔔、粟米等,再根據體質、季節來調節其他配料,如夏季時又或是當人有濕熱症狀時可添加消暑袪濕食材如薏米、粟米鬚等;在冬天或畏冷時就可添加保暖或補腎如堅果類、黑豆、糯米等,就已經是一碗好湯水,其實煲湯就是這麼簡單!

入冬煲湯小貼士:
適當地添加保暖或補腎食材都可收溫補養陽氣之效!
保暖食材:薑、糯米、紅棗
補腎食材:黑豆、核桃、栗子、腰果

紅蘿蔔粟米栗子糯米素湯
材料:紅蘿蔔1根、粟米2根、栗子100克(約2兩多)、腰果40克、糯米1/4杯
功效:健脾益腎。紓緩容易疲累、畏寒、夜尿頻等症狀。
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊,粟米去衣去鬚切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Simple warming vegetarian soup
Why do we like to condition our body by drinking soup? As this diet is the most simple way to nourish the body. Simply rinse all the ingredients and put them in the pot for no more than two hours, you will have a pot of sweet and delicious healthy soup. Making soup is easy. First, choose a few mild-natured ingredients that will provide the delicious taste of soup and available at all seasons, such as carrot and corn. Then choose other ingredients according your body condition and season. You may add ingredients that can clear summer heat and dispel dampness such as coix seed, corn silk in the summer or when you have damp-heat symptoms. You also can add nuts, black beans and glutinous rice to keep warm or replenish kidneys in the winter or when you have aversion to cold. A good soup is easy to make!

Tips for boiling soup in the winter: 
Appropriately add in ingredients that helps you keep warm or replenish kidneys.
To keep warm: ginger, glutinous rice, red dates
To replenish kidneys: black beans, walnuts, chestnuts, cashews

Carrot soup with corn, chestnuts and glutinous rice
Ingredients: 1 carrot, 2 corns, 100g chestnuts, 40g cashews, 1/4 cup of glutinous rice
Effects: strengthens spleen and kidneys. It can relieve symptoms such as fatigue, aversion to cold and frequent urination at night.
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Peel corn, keeping silk and cut into pieces. 
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
