雞湯美味,但飲完有燥熱感?因為雞性溫,如果平日習慣熬夜、容易心煩氣躁、嗜吃重口味食物都會令體質偏向熱性,再喝溫熱的雞湯會「火上加油」,出現喉嚨乾、喉嚨痛、惡夢、煩躁、便秘等症狀。烏雞卻不同,屬性平和,滋補效果比雞較為溫和,補氣血又有滋陰功效。乳鴿和烏雞功效相似,同樣性平,滋補肝腎、補益氣血,大部份體質人士都適合飲用。
