材料:紅茶5克(可用茶包)、生薑3片、肉桂一枝、紅糖少許
做法:紅茶、生薑片及肉桂放入保溫瓶或茶壺,加入500毫升熱水焗15分鐘,飲用前加入少量紅糖調味即可。
功效:驅寒暖胃止痛。

柚薑青檸蜜
材料:生薑兩片、柚子蜜1湯匙、青檸適量
做法:保溫瓶或杯內注入約500毫升熱水,加入柚子蜜拌勻,擠入青檸汁即成。
功效:驅寒保暖,紓緩欲吐及沒胃口症狀。

Effects: dispels cold, relieves vomiting and poor appetite
