﹣Break Time 喝一杯花茶疏疏肝

Urban ailments are usually caused by poor lifestyle habits, but as a working person, sometimes you don’t have much choice. Shift schedules and overtime lead to late nights, busy work schedules lead to irregular meal times; work functions naturally lead to alcohol consumption and fried and oily foods. Sometimes you just can’t help it. So if these situations are unavoidable, try improving other aspects of your lifestyle, doing something is always better than doing nothing.
Suggested Timetable
– Have a daily cup of warm rice water to nourish the spleen and stomach
– Have warm breakfast such as congee or vegetarian rice noodle roll
– Get to work in a slight hurry as exercise
– Avoid facing air vents when traveling to work
– During break time, have a cup of floral tea to relieve stress
– Always have healthy snacks at work or in your bag such as digestive cookies, dried fruits. They are convenient for a quick recharge during overtime
– After drinking alcohol, have lots of water and avoid taking a shower right away
– During work functions, talk more and eat less
– When eating at home, just get to 70% full
