【星期五湯水 -佛手瓜紅蘿蔔馬蹄素湯】飽飽滯滯,胃部不適點算好!




1. 所有材料洗淨。佛手瓜、紅蘿蔔、馬蹄去皮切塊。黑木耳泡水半日備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,下鹽調味即可。

Appetizing Soup
There has been so many gatherings and parties recently that leads to a feeling of bloatedness in the stomach and some may even have nausea, acid reflux, diarrhea or loss of appetite. Appetizing soup- vegetarian chayote soup with carrots and water chestnut

Ingredients: 2 chayote, 1 carrot, 8 water chestnut, 2 black fungus, 3 figs
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel chayote, carrot and water chestnuts and cut into pieces. Soak black fungus for half a day.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hours. Add salt to taste.
Effects: clears heat and stagnation. Relieves overeating related stomach discomfort, indigestion, and abdominal bloating.
