▶︎材料:紅棗袪核3枚、南棗4枚、蜜棗1枚
▶︎功效:補血養顏。舒緩面色偏白、手腳冰冷症狀、月經後感覺虛弱、頭暈、頭痛等血虛症狀。
▶︎注意:感冒未清、身體有偏熱症狀、痰濕、濕熱體質及容易消化不良人士不宜食用。
紅棗-把鮮棗烘至皮軟後再曬乾,能補氣養血安神,有助面色紅潤、手腳暖和。適合氣虛、血虛體質。
南棗-把鮮棗以熱水煮過才曬乾,再以木柴熏過,能滋陰補血。適合陰虛、血虛體質。
蜜棗-把大青棗割多次後再以白糖煮才曬乾,能生津潤燥。適合各種體質。

▶︎Ingredients: 3 seedless red dates, 4 south jujubes, 1 candied date
▶︎Effects: Replenishes blood to improve skin. Improves pale complexion, and blood asthenia symptoms such as cold limbs, weakness after period, dizziness and headache.
▶︎Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu. Also not suitable for those with heat-like symptoms, with phlegm-and-dampness and damp-heat body types, and prone to indigestion.
✧✧✧(Replenishes qi and blood) Red dates- Bake fresh dates until skin is soft and leave to dry. Replenishes qi and blood and calms the mind, helps to maintain healthy complexion and warm limbs. Suitable for those with qi deficient and blood asthenia body types.
