自製消滯抒壓茶飲
學生哥:「為了貪方便,近來都只是和朋友們在外面吃快餐趕緊填飽肚子就算,吃得多回到家後經常出現飽飽滯滯及消化不良,如何是好?」

CheckCheckCin:快餐雖方便又便宜,但不可天天吃用,因為多為大量澱粉質及肉類,加上油炸食物,都屬於肥甘厚味食物,多吃容易為脾胃帶來負擔。有時更因過分肚餓,吃得太急太多,這樣的飲食不節或過量進食食物會損傷脾胃,出現消化不良的情況,多會伴隨脘腹脹滿、打嗝味道帶酸臭、甚至出現胃酸倒流、不欲飲食、作悶甚至嘔吐、或大便泄瀉及胃痛等症狀。教大家自製一杯便宜又有消滯功效的茶飲幫助消化,只是簡單兩種材料,即可沖泡出開胃消滯的山楂陳皮茶。看到身邊有朋友們都因為忙碌而經常進食快餐的話,不妨沖泡一壺予他們飲用!山楂更有行氣散瘀的功效,在這個煩悶的夏天飲用,微酸的味道,也有抒壓的功效。

健康進食快餐小貼士:
1/ 多叫一個沙律或粟米杯,增加纖維吸收
2/ 選擇烤雞代替炸雞更健康
3/ 盡量少喝一杯汽水吧!真的要喝也以走冰更好

山楂陳皮茶
材料:山楂6塊、陳皮1角
做法:將材料洗淨切絲,放入杯中,以熱水焗約15分鐘即可。

You can make some tea for your busy friend who is always eating fast food. Chinese hawthorn can promote qi circulation and get rid of bruising. Having this tea during the summer can also help to relieve stress. 

Tips to eat fast food healthier:
1/ Order one more salad or corn cup to increase fiber intake.
2/ It is healthier to have roast chicken instead of fried chicken.
3/ Drink less soft drinks. Ask for it without ice if you really want to drink soft drinks.

Chinese hawthorn tea with dried citrus peel 
Ingredients: 6 Chinese hawthorn, 1 dried citrus peel 
Preparation: Rinse and cut all ingredients into thin shreds. Place into a thermos. Then add in hot water and steep for 15 minutes.
