【縮水湯瘦身?】繼紫薯後,「縮水湯」成為近日另一個大熱的瘦身食譜。簡單的蔬菜湯療,配合飲食就可有排毒的功效,尤其適合瘦身或大吃大喝後飲用。我們也曾在《排毒篇》介紹過這湯水,更建議大家添加少量洋薏米,除了可令口感更濃稠,也有健脾的作用,亦可增加飽肚感。在炎炎夏日,喝一碗足料的排毒湯水已可作輕餐一頓!
