【全民抗疫】今晚就飲碗靚湯一起強健肺氣

人人可飲益肺湯
情人節快樂!快樂之餘最重要是健康。或許因為新型冠狀病毒肺炎的關係,今年的慶祝方式有變。要防止病毒入侵,勤洗手、戴口罩、注意衛生固然重要,更重要是強壯身體機能,從中醫角度來看「正氣存內,邪不可干」,想未病先防就宜補肺益氣,提升體內正氣,外邪就不易入侵身體,減少染病的機會。今日介紹一款全家大小都適合飲用的益肺湯,太子參有補氣養陰、生津止渴的功效,屬性平和,是連小朋友都適合的平補藥材。再加入有益氣補虛、健脾化濕功效的五指毛桃,特別適合最近寒濕天氣,煲出來的湯會有陣陣像椰子的香氣。但要注意患上感冒或流感的人士不宜喝湯,要待痊癒後才可以湯水養生。

健脾益肺湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾益肺食材如北芪、大棗、紅蘿蔔、薯仔、番薯、海底椰等。

五指毛桃蘋果湯
功效:益氣溫肺,強身防病。
材料:五指毛桃30克、蘋果1個、紅蘿蔔1根、淮山20克、太子參15克、杏仁20克、生薑10克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蘋果去皮去芯切塊,紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用。

To fight against the virus, it is important to always wash your hands, wear a surgical mask and maintain good hygiene. Most importantly, strengthen your body functions. Chinese medicine believes that people should nourish the lungs and qi to prevent the illness. Pathogens cannot invade the body when the qi in the body is strengthened. It can lower the chance of getting sick. Here is a soup to nourish the lungs that is suitable for the whole family. Radix pseudostellariae can nourish qi and yin, promote fluid production and relieve thirst. It is mild in nature that is suitable for children. You can also add hairy fig root to nourish qi and yin, strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, as it is especially suitable for the recent cold and damp weather. This soup smells like coconut. Note that those who are already fighting a flu or influenza should wait until they have fully recovered to drink soup.

Tips for soup to strengthen the spleen and nourish lung:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as astragalus root, Chinese red dates, carrot, potato, sweet potato, sea coconut.

Apple soup with hairy fig root
Effects: nourishes qi and warm the lungs, strengthens the body to prevent illness
Ingredients: 30g hairy fig root, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 20g Chinese yam, 15g Radix pseudostellariae, 20g almond, 10g ginger, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core apple and cut into pieces. Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu.
