CheckCheckCin often advocates the idea of ‘treatment before illness’, and this concept originated from ancient Chinese medicine books. It has three parts. First is to ensure you are doing preventative measures not to get sick, and this is the basis of healthy living. Secondly, you should get early treatment for any possible illnesses to ensure the illness doesn’t affect your organs. Finally, it is to take measures to prevent the illness from coming back. Food is one of the most basic needs of human beings. Dietary habits is also then the basis for healthy living and choosing foods based on your body type is the most basic and effective way to start. Coupled with improving on other unhealthy habits, you can easily achieve ‘treatment before illness’!
