【秋日養生先養肺】適當潤肺紓緩秋燥症狀
秋天滋陰潤肺湯水
秋天宜「收斂神氣」,「逆之則傷肺」。中醫理論認為秋天當斂養肺氣,因為秋天主收,萬物收斂,肺氣內應,養生應以養肺為主,肺氣足,就可形成保衛身體之氣,預防病邪從氣管和皮膚侵入,不輕易患上感冒。秋天不妨多用沙參、玉竹,這兩種經常配搭一起使用的藥材,可以養胃生津、養陰潤燥,很適合秋天煲湯飲用。
滋陰潤燥湯水小貼士:
適當地添加養陰潤燥食材如雪梨、雪耳、百合、枸杞子、花旗參、石斛等。
粟米雪梨黃耳湯
功效:滋陰潤肺止咳,紓緩因秋燥影響的乾咳、皮膚乾及口乾等症狀。
材料:粟米2根、雪梨2個、黃耳2塊、沙參15克、海玉竹20克、脫水羅漢果半個、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粟米去衣去鬚切段、雪梨去芯切塊,黃耳浸泡約半天備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Corn and pear soup with yellow fungus
Effects: nourish yin, moisten lungs and relieve cough. Alleviate fall related dryness such as dry cough, dry skin and mouth.
Ingredients: 2 ears of corn, 2 pears, 2 yellow fungus, 15g radix adenophorae, 20g polygonatum, half a dehydrated monk fruit, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husk and silk from corn and cut into pieces. Core pear and cut into pieces. Soak yellow fungus for half a day.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water. Cook on high heat until boiling. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
