煲雪梨水不敗小貼士:
– 梨皮要保留,因為止咳潤肺作用比梨肉更強
– 梨芯要切去,否則雪梨水容易變酸
– 選用平價梨即可
– 可適量加入無花果、麥冬、百合、南北杏等潤燥食材
雪梨無花果水
功效:生津止渴,滋陰潤燥,潤肺止咳
材料:雪梨3個、新鮮百合1個、無花果乾3枚、冰糖適量
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,雪梨去芯,留皮切塊備用。鮮百合剝開清洗淨。
2. 鍋內加入約1500毫升水,放入雪梨、新鮮百合、無花果乾,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約40分鐘,加入冰糖調味即可。

Ingredients: 3 pears, 1 fresh lily bulb, 3 dried figs, appropriate amounts of rock sugar
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Core the pears, keep the skin and cut into pieces. Peel open fresh lily bulbs and rinse.
2. Combine pear, fresh lily bulb and dried figs with 1500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste.
