皮膚脫皮要潤燥

CheckCheckCin:不少人都期待冬天下雪,但如果皮膚乾燥脫屑如「下雪」一樣,就令人甚為苦惱。秋冬天氣乾燥,如果屬血虛、陰虛體質,皮膚乾燥情況就更為嚴重,外塗潤膚乳只能為肌膚表面補水鎖水,未能改善體內乾燥情況,你需要的是深層補濕,平日飲食宜清淡,多吃沙參、玉竹、麥冬、海底椰、百合、無花果等滋陰潤燥食物,忌喝奶茶、咖啡和忌食辛辣、油膩、偏熱性食物;忌晚睡熬夜;洗澡時水溫不宜太高,時間宜縮短以免令皮膚更為乾燥,用毛巾印乾身上水份後,趁身體還濕潤時塗抹潤膚乳效果更好,乾燥問題嚴重的話宜選含油性較高的潤膚乳;平日多小口小口緩緩地飲水,公司及家裡使用放濕機,都有助紓緩乾燥症狀。

潤膚茶
功效:養陰潤燥、潤澤肌膚
材料︰玉竹9克、玄參9克、麥冬9克、梨乾2-3片
做法︰材料洗淨切小塊備用;材料放入保溫瓶,熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水泡20分鐘即可。此茶可沖泡兩、三次至味淡。建議天氣乾燥可以一星期飲用三至四次。

What you need is deep moisturization. The diet should be light. Ingredients: 9g radix ophiopogonis, 9g figwort root, 9g radix ophiopogonis, 2-3 slices of dried pear
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and cut into pieces then place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 20 minutes. You can re-brew for 2-3 times until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 3-4 days when the weather is dry.
