Fatigued look relief after a night of world cup watching

World Cup is entering the most exciting stages and there’s another 2am match tonight. Even if you can fall asleep immediately after the excitement of a game, you will have to get up in about 2-3 hours and with a dark eye circle too! After a late night, you may binge on coffee and milk tea to stay awake. These drinks may help you stay awake temporarily, but they are burning the remaining of your stored energy as well.

Here are three ways to fight fatigue in the office to help you manage sleep-deprivation related headache and dryness.

1- Floral Tea
Effects: Relieve asthenic heat symptoms related to late nights
Ingredients: 9g American ginseng, 3g chrysanthemum, 9g wolfberries
Preparation: put all ingredients into a thermos and rinse with hot water once. Put in hot water and steep for 5 minutes until aroma develops.

2- Blueberries
Blueberries can help bring life back into your eyes as well as nourish the liver and replenish the kidneys. It is sweet and sour, and can help to restrain and relieve infection. Blueberries help to tighten your skin to improve elasticity. It is also an anti-oxidant as it contains anthocyanin. The sweetness can also help to replenish qi and blood in the body.

3- Rub your earlobes
there are a lot of small acupuncture points on our earlobes that flow through the entire body. When you’re in the office, try rubbing and gently pull on your earlobes. You can do it for 3 minutes each time to clear your mind, improve your vision, relieve headache, and nourish the kidney.
