第一招:去疲態花茶
功效:舒緩熬夜過後出現的虛熱症狀
材料:花旗參片9克、菊花3克、枸杞子9枚
做法:材料放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍一,注入熱開水焗約5分鐘至香味透出即可。

第二招:眼仔碌碌藍莓
藍莓除了最著名的明目功效,可以令你雙眼回復神采外,亦可養肝保腎。其味酸甘,具有收歛消炎作用,收歛肌膚,令皮膚柔軟富彈性,它含有大量花青素,具有抗氧能力。甘味(即甜味)有化生精微之氣,有補益人體氣血的作用。

第三招:搓彈耳垂醒腦
「五臟六腑,十二經脈有絡於耳」,耳朵上有不少細小穴位都通往全身,在辦公室工作時不妨間中搓彈及輕拉耳垂,每次約3分鐘,可收清腦、明目、止頭痛、養腎等效果。

1- Floral Tea
Effects: Relieve asthenic heat symptoms related to late nights
Ingredients: 9g American ginseng, 3g chrysanthemum, 9g wolfberries
Preparation: put all ingredients into a thermos and rinse with hot water once. Put in hot water and steep for 5 minutes until aroma develops.

2- Blueberries
Blueberries can help bring life back into your eyes as well as nourish the liver and replenish the kidneys. It is sweet and sour, and can help to restrain and relieve infection. Blueberries help to tighten your skin to improve elasticity. It is also an anti-oxidant as it contains anthocyanin. The sweetness can also help to replenish qi and blood in the body.

3- Rub your earlobes
there are a lot of small acupuncture points on our earlobes that flow through the entire body. When you’re in the office, try rubbing and gently pull on your earlobes. You can do it for 3 minutes each time to clear your mind, improve your vision, relieve headache, and nourish the kidney.
