【愛自己系列】面色紅潤,心神安寧靠呢個湯!
沒有人喜歡一起床就看到鏡子裡面青青及肌膚黯啞的自己。中醫角度認為「有諸內,必形於外」,身體失衡會反應面上。身體健康的人面色都略帶紅潤及光澤。不需要靠化妝打底,介紹以下素湯,養好心血提升面色!
南瓜淮山紅豆湯
材料:
南瓜 300克(約半斤)、乾淮山 15克、熟薏米30克、紅豆 40克、龍眼乾10克、枸杞子 10克、無花果3枚
功效:健脾益氣,安神養血。舒緩晚上睡不安寧、心悸、怕冷等症狀。
做法;
1. 將材料洗淨,用清水浸杞子、熟薏米、龍眼肉浸10分鐘。
2. 將無花果切碎,更容易出味。
3. 南瓜去皮、去核、切件。
4. 鍋內加入約 2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,轉文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Pumpkin soup with Chinese yam and red bean
Ingredients: 300g pumpkin (about half catty), 15g dried Chinese yam, 30g cooked coix seeds, 40g red beans, 10g dried longan, 10g wolfberries, 3 fig
Effects: strengthens the spleen and nourishes qi, calm the mind and nourishes blood. Alleviate poor sleep, heart palpitations, and aversion to cold.
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak wolfberries, lily bulbs, cooked coix seeds and dried longan in water for 10 minutes.
2. Dice the figs to enhance flavor.
3. Peel and seed pumpkin and cut into pieces.
4. Combined all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
