懷孕不能碰的按摩穴位
女士在懷孕期間,隨著身體負重增加,特別容易出現疲倦、腰痠背痛、腳痛等種種不適。有準媽媽想到不如去按摩放鬆一下,但有說孕婦不適宜接受按摩,恐怕會有流產風險。從中醫角度來說,並不反對懷孕時期按摩,但宜採取謹慎態度,採用有專業孕婦按摩訓練及資格的技師,在按摩前清楚讓按摩師知道你在懷孕狀態,並且要避免按到太衝、合谷、三陰交、肩井、獨陰及至陰穴位,因為這些穴位都有催生作用。
除了按摩穴位要謹慎,肩井穴位於兩肩之上,除了注意不要按到,孕婦也應避免背過重的背包,以免肩帶刺激到肩井穴。

預防及減輕腰肩酸痛方法:
– 避免拿重物
– 避免長時間保持同一姿勢
– 背面腰背受涼,注意保暖
– 避免穿高跟鞋

Acupoints to avoid during pregnancy
During pregnancy, ladies may experience fatigue, sore lower back, and painful feet as their weight start to increase. Some expecting mothers may want to get a massage but are told not to during pregnancy in fear of miscarriages. From Chinese medicine perspective, we are not against massages during pregnancy but you should choose your masseuse carefully and choose ones that have pre-natal training and qualification. Let your masseuse know about your condition and avoid Great Surge (Tai Chong), Union Valley (He Gu), Three Yin Intersection (San Yin Jiao), Shoulder Well (Jian Jing), Solitary Yin (Du Yin), and Reaching Yin (Zhi Yin) acupoints as those have labour inducing qualities.
Aside from being careful with acupoints, you should be careful with the Shoulder Well points above your shoulder and avoid carrying heavy backpacks as the backpack strap can stimulate those points too.
To prevent and reduce sore lower back and shoulders:
– Avoid carrying heavy things
– Avoid sitting in the same position for prolonged period
– Avoid getting your lower back cold and keep warm
– Avoid wearing high heels
