Instead of drinking, let’s have nourishing soup to make a healthy living. You can drink the below soup to clear heat and dispel dampness after drinking. It can also relieve hangover symptoms and replenish fluids.

Appropriately add in ingredients such as beetroot, pearl barley, coix seeds, corn silk, papaya, winter melon, luffa, watercress.

Effects: clears heat and dispels dampness. Relieves symptoms such as lack of appetite after drinking, heavy headedness, nausea, sore throat after staying up late and bad breath.
Ingredients: 600g watercress, 2 corn with silk, 2 pears, 2 potatoes
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Watercress is prone to small insects so soak in salt water for 20 minutes, then rinse again with regular water. Peel potato and pears and cut into pieces. Keep silk on corn and remove husk and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
