Simplified peach tea with Chinese yam and Hyacinth bean coat
Ingredients: half a fresh peach diced, 2-3 slices of lemon, 9g of Chinese yam, poria and Hyacinth bean coat, rock sugar to taste
Preparation: peel peach and dice. Cook Chinese yam, poria and Hyacinth Bean Coat with 800ml of water for 30 minutes. Add in peach and lemon slices and cook for another 5 minutes. Add in rock sugar to taste.
