記得小時候覺得委屈時,總想快點逃回家中跟父母哭訴。爸爸的一句問候說話,又或是媽媽的一碗靚湯,足以令人忘記不快事。人大了,有時候難免與家人會有意見分歧,尤其是年紀漸長的父母們,但是不妨想想一直以來,他們的嘮叨其實都是對你關心和緊張。今晚就放下一切,全家人一起吃頓豐富的晚餐,一切都盡在不言中。

Chill out – Have a meal with your whole family
Still remmeber when you were young and were wronged, you would always want to go home and cry to your parents about it? A quick word of comfort from dad or a bowl of soup of mom was enough to help you forget. As you get older, you may have a difference of opinions wiht your family especially as your parents become holder. Try to remember all their nagging are their way to care for you. Forget everything tonight and have a meal together with your family.
