【抱頭痛哭】究竟你是哪種經期頭痛?

擊退月經頭痛
經期總會帶來各種痛症,除了惱人的痛經,頭痛也令很多女生苦不堪言,有時甚至痛到面青口唇白、無胃口、全身乏力,更甚會嘔吐和昏倒。若平常就有頭痛問題,經期來襲時簡直是痛上加痛,影響日常生活。想過個無痛經期?首先要辨別自己的體質,才可看看自己是哪種經期頭痛才對症下藥吧!當然,如果情況嚴重,當然是尋求中醫意見較穩妥。

發作期:經前/經期間
特點:突發性的銳痛,有特定的痛處,像是被尖銳的東西突然刺到個別位置產生的深度劇痛。
你可能是-》血瘀!

活血化瘀:山楂洛神花茶
材料:山楂(乾品)5片、洛神花(乾品)2朵、紅糖適量
做法:材料放入保溫壺,以熱水沖洗一遍,再注入熱水焗5分鐘加入紅糖調味。
注意:不宜空腹飲用,孕婦及經期間不宜。建議在經前一星期起飲用。

發作期:經期/經後
特點:頭空痛,感到腦袋空空的,更會感覺眼眶、眉頭位置有牽扯的感覺,伴隨頭暈目眩。
你可能是-》血虛!

補血養血:紅棗龍眼茶
材料:紅棗4枚、龍眼肉5枚
做法:紅棗切半去核。材料放入保溫壺,以熱水沖洗一遍,再注入熱水焗10分鐘。
注意:有偏熱症狀人士不宜。建議在經前一星期起飲用。

發作期:經前/經期間
特點:頭兩側感痛楚,痛更會連至頭頂,頭暈眼脹,越忙症狀越見明顯
你可能是-》氣滯!

疏肝解鬱:玫瑰花素馨花茶
材料:玫瑰花5朵、素馨花10克
做法:材料放入保溫壺,以熱水沖洗一遍,再注入熱水焗3-5分鐘即可。
注意:月經期間及孕婦不宜。建議在經期前一星期開始連續飲用3-4天。

發作期:經前/經期間
特點:頭痛時同時有頭重重的感覺,多伴隨暈眩眼花。
你可能是-》痰濕!

化濕行氣:白豆蔻陳皮茶
材料:白豆蔻6克、陳皮1角、藿香12克、蜜棗1枚
做法:材料洗淨。鍋內加入1000毫升水,加入材料,武火煮沸後調中火煮20分鐘,煎成一碗份量即可。
注意:可連續飲用3天,每天1次。陰虛人士不宜。

If you normally have headaches when you are not menstruating, it is more painful when you are in menstrual period and affects your daily life. Want a painless menstrual period? You have to identify your own body type first. Get proper treatment when you know what kind of menstrual headache you have. If the symptoms are severe, be sure to seek advice from Chinese medicine practitioners.

Period: premenstrual / menstrual period
Characteristics: a sudden sharp pain at specific location, deep pain that feels like you are pierced by sharp objects into specific positions.
You may have -》blood statis
Activate blood and relieve stasis: roselle tea with Chinese hawthorn
Ingredients: 5 dried Chinese hawthorn, 2 dried roselle, appropriate amounts of brown sugar
Preparation: Place all ingredients into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste.
Note: Not suitable to have on an empty stomach. Not suitable for pregnant and mebsutrating women. It is recommended that to have this tea 1 week before period.

Period: menstrual period / post menstrual period
Characteristics: Headache and sense of empty mind, but also feel the eyelids and eyebrow position dragging, accompanied with dizziness.
You may have -》blood deficiency
Replenish and nourish blood: longan tea with Chinese red date
Ingredients: 4 Chinese red dates, 5 longan
Preparation: Core and cut Chinese red dates into half m. Place all ingredients into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes.
Note: Those with heat-related symptoms should not have this. It is recommended to drink from the week before period.

Period: premenstrual / menstrual period
Characteristics: Both sides of the head feel pain, the pain will even connect to the top of the head, accompanied with dizziness and eye swelling. Symptoms worsen with business.

You may have -》qi stagnation
Reduce stress: Rose tea with jasminum
Ingredients: 5 roses, 10g jasminum
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot
water again and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Note: Not suitable for pregnant and menstruating women. It is recommended that to have this tea 3-7 days before start of your period.

Period: premenstrual / menstrual period
Characteristics: Headache and heaviness, accompanied with dizziness.
You may have -》phlegm and dampness
Dispel dampness and promote qi circulation: dried citrus peel tea with white cardamom
Ingredients: 6g white cardamom, 1 dried citrus peel, 12g musk, 1 candied dates
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 1000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes till concentrate to a bowl servings.
Note: For best results, drink consecutively for 3 days, once a day. Not suitable for those with yin deficiency.
