【星期五湯水 - 五指毛桃雪梨海底椰湯】



1. 將所有材料洗淨,雪梨去皮切塊,可選擇以白鍋炒香腰果備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,加入全部材料用武火煮滾,然後用文火煲1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Sweet and moistening fruit soup
People often say you should have pears in the fall, but you can actually eat it in the summer too. Pears are cool in nature, can promote fluid production and relieve thirst, clear heat and relieve dryness. When used in soup, it adds a refreshing and sweet flavor; coupled with sea coconut, it adds another cough relieving healing effect. Hairy fig root complements sea coconut well and makes a healthy and delicious summer soup!

Sea coconut soup with hairy fig root and pear
Ingredients: 80g hairy fig root, 2 pears, 40g sea coconut (about 1 tael), 40g lotus seeds, 40g cashew, 4 figs
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel pear and cut into pieces. Stir fry cashews without oil in wok until fragrant.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for around 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthens the spleen and moistens the lungs. Relieve dry mouth and throat discomfort due to flu.
