【虛不受補?】請人食凍柑好玩但代表健康欠佳啊

你是哪一類型的手腳冰冷?
一來到冬天,不少人都有進補的想法,放肆地吃羊腩煲、麻油雞、藥膳雞鍋等,覺得手腳冰冷的女生可能會每天泡杯紅棗當歸茶或桂圓薑茶來喝,不過症狀沒有好轉之餘,更出現喉嚨痛、消化不良、噁心嘔吐、便秘等狀況,其實都是虛不受補的反應。中醫理論中的虛分為四種:氣虛、血虛、陰虛、陽虛,不知道自己屬於哪一種虛而胡亂服用補品根本無補於事,如果脾胃運作失常更會雪上加霜,因為補品多屬滋膩食品,反而增加脾胃負擔。
想改善身體症狀,建議先諮詢註冊中醫師,了解身體虛弱的狀況與原因,再按季節及體質慢慢調補。在冬天導致手腳冰冷的原因眾多,有可能是陽虛體質(身體容易怕冷),陽氣不足故未能溫暖四肢;氣滯體質(壓力大、生活忙碌)的人陽氣被鬱住不能伸延到四肢;亦有可能是嗜吃生冷食物以致血寒凝滯;或者感染風邪都會導致四肢冰冷。
如果屬於陽虛型或氣滯型手腳冰冷,可以試試以下足浴方,加強氣血循環。

散寒足浴方
功效:散寒除濕,行氣活血,溫經通絡。
材料:桂枝、紅花、川椒各10克、生薑10片
做法:將藥材放入水中,大火煮10分鐘,然後倒入盆中,加入適量冷水調至合適溫度,浸泡雙腳15-20分鐘。每晚睡前泡,連續3-5天為一個療程。

Different types of people with cold limbs
Many people think that they should nourish the body during winter. They may eat too much lamb brisket pot, sesame oil chicken, herbal chicken hot pot and so on. Ladies who have cold limbs may have Chinese red date tea with angelica root or ginger tea with longan every day, but quickly find that their symptoms do not improve and have sore throat, indigestion, nausea and vomiting, and constipation. These are due to asthenic body types not tolerating tonic foods. Deficiency in Chinese medicine theory is divided into: qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and yang deficiency. It is pointless to have tonic foods at random if you are not sure which type of deficiency you have. If the spleen and stomach are malfunctioning, you will only worsen the symptoms. Tonic foods are mostly nourishing, they will increase the burden on the spleen and stomach.
If you want to improve your body symptoms, it is recommended to consult a registered Chinese medicine practitioner first to understand the state and causes of body weakness, and then adjust slowly according to the season and body condition. In the winter, there are many reasons for cold limbs. It may be due to yang deficiency (aversion to cold), as lack of yang qi cannot keep your limbs warm. People with qi stagnation (stressful and busy lifestyle) as yang qi cannot be extended throughout the body. It may also be cool blood stagnation due to preference of cold/raw food, or catching a cold can cause cold limbs.
If your have cold limbs due to yang deficiency or qi stagnation, try the following feet soak to promote qi and blood circulation.

Recipe for cold dispelling feet soak
Effects: dispels cold and dampness, improves qi and blood circulation and warms the meridians
Ingredients: 10g cinnamon twig, 10g safflower, 10g Zanthoxylum, 10 slices raw ginger
Preparation: put all ingredients into a pot of hot water, cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Pour into tub and add in suitable amount of cold water. Soak both feet for 15-20 minutes. Soak nightly before sleep for 3-5 days for a treatment course.
