How to address recurrent colds?

Traditional Chinese medicine theory suggests that when the body is weakened, it needs to be nourished because deficiency indicates insufficiency and an imbalance in the body, making it vulnerable to external pathogens.

For example, individuals with qi deficiency in the lungs, their weakened defense mechanisms will increase susceptibility to recurrent colds and potentially become a source of viral infections in the upper respiratory tract.

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the concept of “”food as medicine,”” and effective nourishing products do not necessarily have to be expensive. In fact, it is crucial to choose the right nourishing products tailored to your specific condition. If you have any doubts, consult a registered traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for guidance.
