傷陰要滋陰,唔係一味清熱下火㗎!
身邊有種女性非常「男仔頭」,好動又經常坐不定,夜晚又不願睡,飲食口味「麻甩」,最喜歡辛辣飲食及凍飲,但吃得多但又不長肉。經常面色紅潤,明明在大冷氣的地方但也不覺凍,令人以為她們好像很健康。但其實這種「陽氣」旺盛的女性是屬陰虛體質,由於虛火上升,所以經常覺得身體發熱,不時會有便秘、口乾的問題。這種女性陽氣過旺,要多吃滋陰潤燥的食物,否則身體就會愈來愈dry,也會容易燥底和發脾氣!
雪梨﹣屬性偏涼,能清熱、生津、潤燥。能舒緩口渴、便秘、喉嚨乾等症狀。
雪耳﹣又稱為白木耳,屬性平和,能滋陰潤肺,強心補腦。能舒緩氣虛、皮膚及喉嚨乾燥等症狀。
Most carefree girls are yin deficient
Some girls you know are quite boyish; they are active and just can’t seem to sit still; they don’t sleep until it is late; even their diets are not disciplined with preference in spicy foods and cold drinks. They can eat a lot and not gain much meat, have reddish complexion, and never seem to feel cold even under a cold a/c. This gives the impression that they are very heathy. But in reality, these girls with excessive yang qi have a yin deficient body constitution. With the increase in asthenic heat, they would often feel hot, and even experience constipation and dry mouth. They should eat more foods to nourish yin and relieve dryness, otherwise, their bodies will become excessively dry leading to irritability and bad temper!
