【排毒湯水】 每星期喝一次也不錯




1. 所有材料洗淨。洋蔥去皮切半,番茄、青椒切大塊備用。西芹、椰菜去椗切段或件備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約40分鐘,最後下鹽調味即可。

Vegetable soup seasoning tips:

Detoxifying vegetable soup
Ingredients: 3 onions, 4 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, half of a celery, 1 cabbage, 30g pearl barley
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Cut the tomatoes and green peppers into large pieces. Remove pedicel of celery and cabbage and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add salt to taste. 
Effect: improves indigestion and loosens the bowels to relieve constipation
