【有一種疏肝叫⋯⋯⋯睡醒後好返曬!】
都市人工作繁忙又壓力大,有時候真的會「累到病」,遇著週末作病,更是欲哭無淚。唯有放下手機不再煲劇,11點前乖乖上床休息去。星期日早上一覺醒來,身心舒暢,病厭厭的感覺隨充足休息一掃而空,還有一天假期可以享受,感覺份外的疏肝!
Chill out- wake up feeling all better!
People have so much stress from work that they can get sick easily. Being sick over the weekend just makes things worse. You have to put down your phone and don’t binge watch so you can go to sleep by 11pm. By Sunday you wake up feeling all better and still have one day to enjoy the time off- that feeling can be quite relaxing!
